Here at Studio 9 we offer small classes in a comfortable and fun atmosphere with professional and experienced instructors.  While professional dancers make it seem effortless and easy, pole dancing is quite strenuous. A pole dancing session can burn up to 500 calories in an hour. You will see that you will have increased upper body strength, muscle tone and definition, core stability, better posture, better flexibility and improved coordination. It will also develop endurance, strength, power, stamina, and mobility.
